Constitution Hall Topeka

Topeka's first building is the historic Free State Capitol on the Kansas Territory. It served as the first Kansas Statehouse, 1863-1869. The colorful outdoor mural depicts the Dispersion of the Free State Legislature in 1856. The Network lists it to Freedom and the National Register of Historic Places.
