The Community Foundation of Dickinson County and the Kansas Department of Commerce’s Office of Rural Prosperity provided grant funding for this mural project. Artist Mindy Allen, Mindy’s Murals, painted the mural in 2022 on the side of Woodbine's City Hall.

The mural depicts images representing Woodbine, including sunflowers, wheat, the Woodbine School and United Methodist Church, the Centennial belt buckle, the roundabout and flag pole, the Woodbine fireworks display, and a Halloween favorite, hedge apples.
