The artist of the mural is Dave Loewenstein and it was originally painted in 1993. It was repainted in 2012. My explanation of the mural is that the left section represents Adam and Eve and the beginnings of art. The middle section is the people who play for tips along with Massachusetts. The right section is the Quetzalcoatl figure that represents the rebirth of arts - especially with all of the art supplies that are part of the figure.
