Monument Rocks Silhouette mural is located in Downtown Oakley at the Farm & True Value store.  It was created by the Oakley High School art students and features the most photographed, "keyhole" of the rock formation.  The Monument Rocks are located 20 miles south of Oakley off highway 83.
